United Water Toms River was incorporated as the Toms River Water Company in 1897. The company was originally formed to supply water to the city of Toms River, New Jersey, in Ocean County. Today, the company provides water to 122,000 people throughout the Township of Dover, (Mainland only), The Borough of South Toms River, and the Holiday City and Silver Ridge Park sections of the Township of Berkeley. We are proud to have played an important role in the growth and development of our franchise area for more than 108 years.
