United Water New Rochelle

who we are

Our History

United Water New Rochelle was incorporated as the New Rochelle Water Company in 1885. The company was originally formed to supply water to the city of New Rochelle in Southern Westchester County. Today, the company provides water to over 143,000 people throughout the city of New Rochelle and the towns of Eastchester and Greenburgh (partially). We also serve the villages of Bronxville, Tuckahoe, North Pelham, Pelham Manor, Ardsley, Hastings on Hudson and Dobbs Ferry. United Water also provides water to the village of Pelham through a master meter. We are proud to have played an important role in Westchester's growth and development for more than 115 years. We look forward to continuing to provide you with the highest quality water and service.

Our Corporate Mission

United Water seeks to be the premier water services company in North America. "Premier" designation is never ours to claim or own. We earn it only through the eyes of our customers, our employees, our shareholders and the communities where we operate. And every day we must earn it all over again.

Our corporate logo, the water star, symbolizes our mission to be premier. The individual drops represent what we strive to provide our customers--pure, clean water and stellar service.
